• The nCounter Dx Analysis System with FLEX uses a novel digital barcode technology that is based on direct multiplexed measurement of nucleic acid target sequences and offers high levels of precision and sensitivity. The technology uses molecular barcodes and single molecule imaging to detect and count the number of copies present in a sample for up to 800 unique target sequences.
• The nCounter Dx Analysis System with FLEX is an integrated system comprised of a fully automated Prep Station, a Digital Analyzer and a portfolio of reagents and consumables required to perform sample analysis. The system is available in two configurations as described below:
